Red Cross Youth Annual Camp 2011

Dear Cadets,

As you all are informed, there will be a camp in the first week of holidays.
This year, instead of a 3D2N camp, we will have 1 day training on 31st May(Tuesday) and a overnight camp on 1st June(Wednesday) to 2nd June(Thursday).
Reporting Time for 31st May and 1st June is 7.50am.

Reporting Time: 7.50am
Release Time: 6pm

1st June to 2nd June
Reporting Time: 7.50am(1st June)
Release Time: 6pm(2nd June)

Please refer to the camp pack list given out to you and please sign the consent forms and bring them on 31st May or you may pass it to Bryan, Vinodh or myself if u see us. The camp is compulsory and should u have your reasons for not attending, please inform the NCOs as soon as possible. For extra lessons, you will attend your lessons and be excused from the camp for that period of time. However, if u have any lessons, you are to inform the NCOs beforehand too. For those who do not attend the camp without a valid reason, your promotion will be greatly affected. For Sec 3s, regardless of whether you have a vaild reason, your position will be greatly affected and your promotion will be reconsidered. The camp flag are to be ready before 31st May. I believe the poles are in the red cross room. You are to find an appointment with me to get your stick and place the flag on it.

Should you have any queries, you may contact the NCOs.
Unnecessary valueables are not encouraged to be brought.
If you did not recieve your consent forms and pack list, you may photocopy from your friends or find me.
