For the people in FDC09, please attend the regular trainings to brush up on Foot Drill so that we can enter the Competition, if you do not come to trainings consistenly without a valid reason, Mr Pang will seek an audience with you.

#3. FDC09 Trainings.

FDC09 Cadets should have received Consent/Information Forms regarding the trainings, if you do not have please look for Yan Kai.

FDC09 Trainings will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays (2.45 to 4.15)
*The timings may stretch longer awhile due to unexpected situations.

-During the Trainings please bring your Red Cross bottle (so as you can hydrate yourself), your Uniform, P.T kit as well as your Notes.

(Yan Kai will serve as the I/C for distributing information to cadets, so please contact him if you have questions on what to bring etc, if not contact the NCOs.)
